Levin-Taitoko Structure Plan

This project will create a jointly developed and agreed structure plan to:

• Guide longer term development and improve the way developments are undertaken
• Transform community and housing development in Levin
• Provide for a large increase in the number of houses
• Maximise the benefits from planned and current changes occurring in road and rail services
• Protect areas that are taonga such as highly productive land.
